Plan the character. Then judge the moving shot.
An AI character can look convincing in a reference image and change once the scene starts moving. This English digital toolkit helps independent creators plan recurring characters and decide which generated shots to keep, cut or regenerate. It combines original PLANET ME production examples with structured review exercises.
What the production cases cover
Lucete AI Lab produced approximately 30 versions while developing a fictional K-pop idol music video, then selected rough experiments and a stronger final edit. A separate set of seven musical-style PLANET ME videos provides character-planning cases: Check In, Goodnight, Starkeeper, Doorman, Bellboy, Chef and Waiter. These are independent creative projects, not claims of paid client results.
What you receive
The download includes two illustrated PDF guides on shot review and character planning, for 49 pages in total. Six silent comparison clips and ten silent case excerpts provide 16 short study clips. Eleven editable CSV worksheets, source manifests, reading instructions and a shot-decision rubric support the exercises.
How to use the material
Start with a cast reference and a brief for what each shot needs to communicate. Review the moving clip for recognisable character details, continuity, movement and usable duration. Record a keep, cut or regenerate decision and the reason. The worksheets help you document those decisions; they do not automatically fix a clip or verify the quality of a new generation.
Who this is for
This is for creators who have already tried AI video generation and want a clearer planning and review process. The cases involve fictional idol characters and a musical-style world, but the review questions can also be used when planning other character-led videos. Applying them to a different production still requires your own judgment and testing.
Frequently asked questions
Is this an AI music video generator?
No. It is a downloadable learning and planning resource. It does not generate or edit video, and it includes no model credits or software subscription.
Does it teach perfect character consistency or choreography?
It addresses character planning and visual review. It does not promise identical faces, accurate choreography, lip sync or a particular outcome from an AI model.
Are the videos complete music videos I can reuse?
No. The included files are short silent excerpts for study. Soundtracks, complete music videos for republication, stock-footage rights and original editing timelines are not included.
Are all original production prompts included?
No. Historical observations and newly prepared exercises are identified separately. A complete original prompt-to-final-shot history has not been established.
Can I use this when working with Veo 3.1 or Runway?
The PLANET ME musical productions used Nano Banana, Veo 3.1 and Runway, with sound created in Suno. The kit focuses on character planning and shot review rather than a complete interface tutorial for any one tool. Its review worksheets can accompany your own generation workflow.
