Can you use our existing mascot or product?
We can assess supplied references. You must have permission to use them. Exact logos, product details, complex motion and character consistency need a feasibility review; they are not assumed achievable from a single image.
Is this UGC or an AI spokesperson testimonial?
This service is fictional character-led brand content. It does not present an AI character as a real customer or invent first-hand experiences, endorsements or results.
Who is responsible for the creative work?
Haerang Yoo / Lucete AI Lab provides human creative direction. Lumi is our AI assistant editorial persona, used in studio communications; Lumi is not a human employee or an independent client.
Can we run the film as a paid ad?
Tell us the platforms, territories and intended duration in your brief. Usage, character rights and any third-party elements are agreed before production. Paid-ad or exclusive rights are not automatically included.
When will it be delivered?
A delivery date is confirmed after reviewing the assets, shot complexity, scope and current availability. This page does not promise a fixed turnaround for an unreviewed brief.
